Fujipoly (Carteret, NJ) has developed a specially formulated low temperature Zebra Carbon connector for environments that experience extremely low temperature variations.
A common engineering concern when using LCD displays in outdoor applications is the reliability of the electrical connection between the LCD and printed circuit board.

Fujipoly (Carteret, NJ) has developed a specially formulated low temperature Zebra Carbon connector for environments that experience extremely low temperature variations. The highly reliable LT 200 interconnect device features:

  • A design for broad-ranging outdoor LCD applications.
  • Operating temperatures from -65° to 125°C.
  • Alternating layers of carbon-filled, electrically conductive elastomer.
  • 240 contact pitches per inch.
  • A non-conductive silicone insulating material.
  • A current carrying capacity of .050 A per .035” x .035” pad.
  • A typical resistance between layers of 1012 ohms.
