The hydraulic Kinechek regulates the air cylinder piston rod to move at a constant feed rate and requires no maintenance due to its hermetically sealed, leak proof design.

With leak proof speed regulators, a more constant precise motion is attained.

Basic pneumatic control technology is integral to the successful function of many different manufacturing processes. Air cylinder controls, a common component used to control motion in a given application, typically include airflow control valves to regulate the air pressure, to produce a specified speed.

Compressed air, though safe, economical and readily available, is by its nature, unstable, presenting challenges to precise control. With the introduction of the Deschner Kinechek hydraulic speed regulator used as an accessory with an air cylinder controlled system, a more constant, precise motion is attained.

The hydraulic Kinechek regulates the air cylinder piston rod to move at a constant feed rate and requires no maintenance due to its hermetically sealed, leak proof design. The overall efficiency of operations is also improved by its ability to easily change the “feed rate” to suit various speed requirements by simply turning the built-in adjustment knob.

Air cylinder controls enhanced by an easily adjustable speed regulator offer a simple solution to more precise motion control.
