Medical device company ART reaches restructuring proposal after review

Medical device company ART Advanced Research Technologies Inc. (TSX:ARA) said Friday it has signed a deal with Dorsky Worldwide Corp. to restructure the company under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
